The Founder
Leadership That Built a Legacy
Born in Saurashtra, Mr. Nikesh Balar pursued his education in electronics engineering in Malegaon. However, realizing his passion for construction, he chose to follow a different path and began working as a labor contractor on various projects.
In the late 1980s, he started building small structures and gradually expanded his vision into what is now Balar Builders. Each project reflects his meticulous attention to detail, commitment to quality, and focus on providing the same standards of facilities and amenities he would expect for himself.
His belief in trust and strong relationships has helped establish Balar Builders as one of the most reputable real estate companies in Vapi and Surat.
