Balar's Vapi chapter began with the Sagar Co-op Society in 1995, and under Shri Nikesh Balar's able leadership and hard work, the group has delivered over 35 projects in Vapi alone. No project is too big or small, and every project is completed with immense personal attention to quality, which is why Balar undertakes a limited number of projects at any given time.

Dhaval Balar, Shri Nikesh Balar's son, was always destined to join the group. After earning his Civil Engineering degree from one of Gujarat's most renowned engineering colleges and a Master's in Construction Engineering & Management, he was placed on campus with L&T. This opportunity could not have come at a better time, as the Balar Group was undergoing a transformational phase. In the last few years, under Dhaval Balar's hands-on experience, the company has evolved to provide 360° Real Estate Solutions. In addition to constructing commercial and residential premises and townships, the group now offers diversified services such as land acquisition, sale of land parcels, land development, construction planning and design, N.A. certification services, and planning for buildings in Surat and Vapi.

The Founder

Born in Saurashtra, Mr. Nikesh Balar pursued his education in electronics engineering in Malegaon, believing it would lead to a better-paying job and a secure future. However, realizing this wasn't necessarily true, he decided to leave his education behind and follow his passion for construction.

In the late 80s, he began with labor work as labor contractor on various projects. After saving enough money, he started building small structures. Balar Builders is the culmination of his vision and years of hard work. Each construction project reflects his meticulous attention to detail. His focus on maintaining quality and providing facilities and amenities as he would for himself has made Balar Builders one of the most reputable real estate companies in Vapi and Surat.

He strongly believes in trust and maintaining relationships. His ability to remember every client by their name and make them feel like part of his family does not go unnoticed when you meet him.
