Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities at residential and commercial project sites in Vapi
  • Ensure construction quality standards are maintained as per approved drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor for material procurement and execution
  • Monitor project timelines and report progress to the Project Manager regularly
  • Conduct quality checks on materials like concrete, steel, bricks, and other building components
  • Maintain detailed site records, daily work logs, and measurement books
