Qualification: BE Civil With Project Management Experience

Key Responsibilities & Scope

  • Plan, execute, and deliver residential and commercial construction projects within budget and timeline
  • Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and government authorities for approvals
  • Manage cross-functional teams including Site Engineers, contractors, and labor
  • Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Ensure quality control at every stage of construction from foundation to finishing
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution challenges proactively
  • Report project status, risks, and milestones to the company directors

Professional Skills Required

  • Extensive experience in end-to-end construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of construction methodologies, cost estimation, and resource planning
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
