Key Responsibilities & Scope

  • Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial property sales in Vapi and surrounding areas
  • Conduct site visits with potential buyers and provide detailed project information
  • Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a structured pipeline of leads
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and booking documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals set by management
