Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for residential and commercial projects in Vapi
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine sales approach
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and handover
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and digital lead generation
