Over the last 3 decades, Balar Builders have become a renowned household name in the Construction and Real Estate Sector in the South Gujarat Region of Surat and Vapi. With very humble beginnings, founder Shri Nikesh Balars' single-minded focus and conviction to make Quality Construction has brought the group from their first construction in Varaccha, Surat, in the early 90s, to where they are today. His eye for detail and Superior Quality Construction is noted and appreciated by everyone. It is indeed one of the founding pillars of the company’s enormous growth and success.

Balar’s Vapi chapter began with the Sagar Co-op Society in 1995 and under Shri Nikesh Balars' able leadership and hard work the group has delivered over 35 projects in Vapi alone. No project is big or small, and every project is completed with immense personal attention to Quality, which is why Balar does limited projects at any given time.

Dhaval Balar (Shri Nikesh Balars Son) was always destined to join the group. After pursuing his Civil Engineering from one of Gujarat's most renowned Engineering College and Masters in Construction Engineering & Management, he was campus placed with L&T. This could not have come at a better time, as the Balar Group was going through a transformation stage and in the last few years, under the able hands on experience of Dhaval Balar, the company has now transformed into providing 360* Real Estate Solutions. Apart from construction of Commercial and Residential premises and Townships, diversified services for Land Acquisition, sale of Land Parcels, Land Development with Construction plan & design, N.A. Certification Services and & planning for buildings in Surat and Vapi are also provided.
